Returns

 

We want you to love your purchase. So, "new" items can be returned for full store credit within 14 days of purchase and provided the item is unworn and all tags are attached.

Because of the nature of our consigment business, all sales are final. We will not accept returns or offer credits on  these purchases. If you have any questions, contact us at connect@chicthrills.ca

ALL SALE AND XCOLLECTION (CONSIGNMENT) ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If items are damaged, you will receive a store credit or an exchange if inventory is available.
