Shipping policy

We send all orders to Canada Post within 1-2 days of receiving your order information. Once we create a shipping label for your order, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number. In accordance with Canada Post, your package should be delivered to the address provided with your order within 1-7 business days. Our flat fee of $15 is to cover shipping costs for orders under $250. We reserve the right to change the cost of shipping without notice at any time. Cost will be changed in accordance with our increasing or decreasing cost of shipping products to you.

We provide local $5 shipping for Whitchurch-Stouffville customers or free customer pick up at store.
